> How IntelliHelper handles accounts, workspace content, cookies, included AI, and optional bring-your-own-key credentials.

This page describes how IntelliHelper handles account data, workspace content, cookies, included AI, and optional bring-your-own-key credentials. It is product documentation, not legal advice.

## What we collect

Account email and the profile fields you choose to save. Workspace content you create — tasks, notes, encrypted files, calendar events, and related metadata. Technical logs needed to run sign-in and keep the service available.

## Cookies and sessions

Sign-in uses an HTTP cookie session. Those cookies are how the app knows it is you. We do not use them as a third-party advertising graph.

## Bring-your-own-key credentials

If you save provider API keys, they are stored so the assistant can call the providers you configured. They are your keys; they are not harvested to train a public IntelliHelper model.

## Sharing

Workspace members see what the role allows. Public note or file links exist only when you create them. Unlisted share URLs are not submitted in the sitemap.

## Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent through the signed-in product or the contact path on intellihelper.in.
