By creating an account or using IntelliHelper at intellihelper.in, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

IntelliHelper provides a workspace for tasks, notes, encrypted documents, calendar reminders, search, and an assistant. AI is included on a free account. Bring-your-own-key is optional. Features may change as the product develops.

Your account and content

You are responsible for the account you create and for the content you put in a workspace. You retain rights to your content; you grant IntelliHelper the limited permission needed to store it and show it to you and people you invite.

Acceptable use

Do not probe, disrupt, or overload the service, attempt to access other people’s workspaces, or use the assistant to break the law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the product.

Availability

The service is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime, and we are not liable for lost work beyond what applicable law requires.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. The current version lives at /terms.
