IntelliHelper combines the surfaces you already use to get work done. Tasks, notes, secure documents, calendar reminders, search, and an assistant are included from day one. Bring-your-own-key is optional.

Tasks and projects

Track work in list or board views with priorities, assignees, comments, and AI drafts. Inbox items stay unscoped until you put them on a project.

Notes

Draft with AI or write it yourself. Share notes without leaving the workspace. Public share links exist only when you explicitly create them.

Secure documents

Encrypted storage, in-app PDF and image loading, view-only sharing, download passwords, and time-limited public links with optional view caps.

Calendar and reminders

Week and month views, attendees, and event reminders. Search the workspace, or jump with the command palette.

AI assistant

Chat with an assistant that already knows your workspace, including drafts for tasks and notes. Use the included AI, or optionally attach your own provider keys.

Search and command palette

Search across the workspace when you remember the idea, not the filename. Open anything from the command palette.

Notifications

In-app notifications for the work that needs you, including calendar reminders and workspace activity.
